Plastering is a specialised skill and requires a great deal of knowledge and experience.

•Skimming- Applying finishing plaster to walls and ceilings to a smooth polished finish ready for decorating.

•Dry-lining- Plasterboard is fixed to brickwork or timber/metal studwork to achieve a level surface. A two coat plaster skim is then applied to create a smooth polished finish.

•Rendering- Internal and external, plastering sand and cement is applied to brickwork or blockwork then rubbed up to a smooth finish ready for painting. Wilsons also specialise in alternative rendering systems namely Parex, K-rend and Tyrolean.

•Heritage- Interior and exterior, quality lime plasterwork using traditional methods and materials.

•Screeding- A levelled cover of sharp sand and cement, self level, epoxy, latex or rapid setting screed applied to a floor.

•Coving- Wilsons offer a range of decorative plaster moulds fixed with the highest standards of craftsmanship between the wall and ceiling of a room for an elegant finish.
